I am going to have to update my blog more often than this! I am also going to have to learn how to fix this white little bitty writing!
We went for our 12 week visit yesterday and it was just wonderful! Randy's mom went with us and she really enjoyed seeing the baby and experiencing it all! Baby Wright had really grown over the past 2 weeks! We saw legs and feet and hands! She tried to get the baby to move, but it looked so comfy and wouldn't move around. We gave her our dvd to record the sonogram. I got back to school and everyone wanted to see the video. When I tried to play it, it wasn't on there!!!!! So, I called the doctor's office and they told me to come back in today and they would do another one and video it! I went in today and right when she started the sonogram, Wright was moving all around!!!!! It was so cool to see! By the end of the sonogram, he/she had settled back into a comfy position. There is just nothing in the world like seeing your baby and hearing the heartbeat! God is SO good!
I am out for Thanksgiving break and SUPER excited about that! Randy is also off the whole week! We are going to do a few things around the house. Randy's birthday is Sunday. He'll be 36! We are having Thanksgiving at his parents house on Sunday. It will be nice to be all together! On Wednesday, we will be going to NewHebron for a few days to celebrate Thanksgiving and for Randy to hunt. All of my brothers and their families will be there so I am looking forward to that!
We have SO much to be thankful for this year. God has really blessed us and we are just so thankful. :)

Hello blogging world!

It's my first blog post and I must admit that I really don't know what to say! ha! I just thought it would be fun to have my own blog to post about family, life and crafting!
Baby news: We will be 11 weeks on Tuesday! So exciting! I get Randy to take a picture of me every week so that we can look back and see how I'm growing! Maybe I'll be brave and post those pics on here sometime! My sweet, hot mama(this is what I call my mom) went with me to have an ultrasound last Wednesday. It was so fun to have her there! We heard the heartbeat(176) and even saw a little tiny hands with fingers! Oh, it was just amazing! :) Randy and I will go back to the doctor on Thursday, November 17th for our 12 week visit! It can't get here fast enough! I'm feeling pretty good. I stay tired all the time and occassionally feel nauseous. I'm just so thankful to be pregnant that I wouldn't complain even if I were sick 24/7!
Life news: Since I coach cheerleading, I haven't had a free Friday night since the first of August - until last Friday night! It was so nice to just come home! Randy has the sinus crud and I stay tired, so we were asleep by 7:30! We got up yesterday and took my car for an oil change. After lunch, I used a gift certificate and got a pedicure. It was the best pedicure I've had in a LONG time! The girl rubbed my legs and feet for such a long time! It was wonderful! Then, I somehow found the energy to go to Kroger and get groceries. That was really all we did yesterday. This morning, we went to sunday school and then went to Beagle Bagel for lunch. Now, Randy is resting and I'm just chilling on the couch. I must admit that I love lazy weekends!
One thing I am proud to admit is that I have actually bought 5 Christmas gifts! I have NEVER had any Christmas gifts bought at the first of November. I am really going to try to do better and be on the ball this year! I think I could enjoy Christmas more if I had most of my gifts taken care of by the time we get out for Christmas break. Speaking of a break - I have 10 days of school until we are out for Thanksgiving break!!! Yay! And speaking of Thanksgiving, I woke up this morning thinking about Randy's mamaw's coconut cake that she makes for Thanksgiving! YUM!!!!!! Not sure that I will be able to eat it this year, though. That may just have to be a major splurge for me!
My cheerleaders will be competing in the MAIS Spirit Competition on Wed, Nov. 16th so we will spend the next two weeks really fine tuning our routine. We won state champs last year, so we have to do well again this year!
Well, it looks like I found some things to talk about in my first blog post! hahaha! I was going to post some additional pictures on this post, but it seems like it was taking forever to load, so I gave up! Maybe next time!
Happy Sunday!
